No, the Busakorn Pool is for the exclusive use of the guests staying in the Busakorn Premium Wing. If you are staying in the Main Wing, you can not use the Busakorn Pool. If you upgrade your room to the renovated Busakorn Wing, you will then be able to use the pool.
No, the 1 King Premium Villa Rooms are an adults-only area and we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to check into the Premium Villa rooms.
No, the Resort does not have any extra bed/rollaway beds
Yes. We need to have the same credit card that was used at the time you made your booking. The reason for this is that we need to verify the credit card and credit card holder, who should be present at the time of check in. If at check in the original card used to make the booking is not available, we will not be able to verify the card and we will need to refund that card and, charge another/a different card on check in.
Yes. The following prices are applicable for Airport Transfers – which need to be booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival: Sedan Car – maximum 3 persons @ THB 1,500 net each way Private Mini Bus – maximum 6 persons @ THB 2,000 net each way
