The youth is the future, internship season has arrived.

On the season of Internship, the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket was welcomed all interns from various institutes such as Phuket Vocational College, and Phuket Rajabhat University. As a part of the IHG Academy, this is a key program for us with equity and belonging at the foundation of our values, to offer high-achieving undergraduate students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in positions related to their field of study.

Their journey begins with an "IHG Orientation", where our Learning & Training Team illuminated the students about IHG, our Ways of Work, and True Hospitality.

Each talent introduced herself and shared her ambitions and their understanding from the session with the hotel management team.

The trainees have been assigned to multiple departments such as Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverages, Housekeeping, Engineering as well as Human Resources to maximize building their skills and experience for their future career life.
