• Can anyone use the Busakorn Pool?
  No, the Busakorn Pool is for the exclusive use of the guests staying in the Busakorn Premium Wing. If you are staying in the Main Wing, you can not use the Busakorn Pool. If you upgrade your room to the renovated Busakorn Wing, you will then be able to use the pool.
• Can children or teenagers stay in the 1 King Premium Villa Rooms?
  No, the 1 King Premium Villa Rooms are an adults-only area and we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to check into the Premium Villa rooms.
• Do you have extra bed/rollaway bed available?
  No, the Resort does not have any extra bed/rollaway beds
• Do I have to bring the credit card with me that I made the booking with?
  Yes. We need to have the same credit card that was used at the time you made your booking. The reason for this is that we need to verify the credit card and credit card holder, who should be present at the time of check in. If at check in the original card used to make the booking is not available, we will not be able to verify the card and we will need to refund that card and, charge another/a different card on check in.
• Can you provide Airport transfers and what is the cost?
  Yes. The following prices are applicable for Airport Transfers – which need to be booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival: One way airport transfer by Business Sedan cost THB 1,500 net per car per way (maximum 2 people with luggage) ** Toyota Camry One-way airport transfer by Standard van cost THB 1,700 net per car per way (maximum 5-6 people with luggage) ** Toyota Commuter One way airport transfer by Luxury Sedan cost THB 2,300 net per car per way (maximum 2 people with luggage) ** Benz E class One way airport transfer by Luxury van cost THB 3,900 net per car per way (maximum 4 people with luggage) ** Toyota Alphard If you would like to book our airport transfer service, payment is required in advance. Please advise us your arrival flight details 5 days in advance for our information.
